Kristofer Love is the owner of Love’s Asphalt Solutions in Scott, Louisiana. Love started the business in 2015 with the goal of providing not only quality parking lot maintenance services, but also excellent customer service to his community. He has grown the business from a humble start, into a full-service provider employing up to 8-10 full-time employees during the peak season.

Kurt Schwartz has been with KM International for 18 years, both in the shop and out in the field. Schwartz currently serves as territory manager for the company where he brings innovative ways for contractors to expand their service offerings.

"One of my favorite things to do at KM International is help out new customers,” Schwartz says. "Getting the phone calls of excitement on how easy it is to add or start from scratch in the asphalt maintenance arena and how much money they can make is always exciting and fulfilling."

Having worked with Creative Asphalt for five years prior to KM International completing estimating, marketing, decorative marking and crew management, Schwartz knows what it takes to run a business successfully and looks forward to bringing his industry knowledge to all those he meets.

Chris Tammany is owner of Petra Paving, Hampstead, NH and has been in the paving and pavement maintenance industry since 1988. In 1991, his company started with just three employees and has now grown to over three full crews who complete paving, dirt work, and sealing and striping.

 

Tammany has been on the Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction magazine advisory board for 13 years helping to educate and move the industry in a positive direction.
