Now, the company, BelRock Asphalt Paving, serves the community and surrounding tri-state areas, offering services in residential and commercial sealcoating, paving, snow and ice control, and excavating work. Todd Eichholz is the Owner and CEO of A&A Paving, located in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Tom Eosso has been in the paving industry for over 30 years. He grew up in the construction business with his dad learning first-hand the importance of doing quality work. Thomas served for 8 years in the US Army, further refining his attention to detail and commitment to excellence. In 1993, Thomas and Gary started Eosso Brothers Paving.

Thomas has since become a national speaker on infrared technology for the National Pavement Expo and is an advisory board member and writer for Pavement Maintenance Magazine. Thomas has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He was instrumental in creating Eosso Brother’s courtesy cart, the first of its kind nationwide, to minimize inconvenience for homeowners during the paving process. He takes great pride in helping homeowners, making sure no cars are towed during a project and ensuring raving reviews from communities about the kindness and quality work of Eosso Brother’s staff. 

Matt Nelson, Director of North American Sales, Dealer Channel

Matt Nelson has 24+ years of experience in the construction equipment industry, and 15 of that is in Road Building. He has been with BOMAG Americas as Director of North American Sales for the Dealer Channel since 2019, and was previously with Dynapac/Atlas Copco Road Building division.


Matt has focused his road building career around growing his knowledge of intelligent compaction and he has a deep understanding of recent technological advances in milling and paving.


During his tenure in the industry, Matt has seen a lot of innovations and understands the need to evolve and adapt to the changing face of road construction to grow and expand our industry.

For nearly 10 years, Jessica Lombardo has been creating informative content for the asphalt paving and pavement maintenance industries.

Lombardo held her role as editor-in-chief of Asphalt Contractor & Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction magazines for six years, helping the brands gain notoriety and a strong digital presence. 

In 2022, Lombardo was named Content Director for AC Business Media’s Marketing Services team where she works with clients to grow their reach through social media, content, video and more.

“As our industries continue to face increasingly challenging labor struggles, supply chain issues, technology adoption and changing regulations, it’s more important than ever to be on the cutting edge of these trends and I’m honored to help bring relevant information to our industry,” Lombardo says.
