Tom Eosso has been in the paving industry for over 30 years. He grew up in the construction business with his dad learning first-hand the importance of doing quality work. Thomas has since become a national speaker on infrared technology for the National Pavement Expo and is an advisory board member and writer for Pavement Maintenance Magazine. Thomas has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He was instrumental in creating Eosso Brother’s courtesy cart, the first of its kind nationwide, to minimize inconvenience for homeowners during the paving process. Matt Nelson has 24+ years of experience in the construction equipment industry, and 15 of that is in Road Building. He has been with BOMAG Americas as Director of North American Sales for the Dealer Channel since 2019, and was previously with Dynapac/Atlas Copco Road Building division.
Matt has focused his road building career around growing his knowledge of intelligent compaction and he has a deep understanding of recent technological advances in milling and paving.
