Steven Brahney manages Brahney Paving and located in Wall Twp and  Bridgewater, New Jersey.  He has over 25 years of both hands on field operations experience  and technical experience helping clients manage their portfolio of properties.  


Although his company only works in NJ, NY, PA, DE and MD, during his career, Steven has managed projects in every state on the East Coast for the largest retailers and Fortune 100/500 companies in the United States.

Mauro Comuzzi, Owner & President
The Paving Lady

Mauro is owner and president of The Paving Lady, a full-service asphalt paving contractor located in Boynton Beach Florida.  Prior to the Paving Lady, he served as Vice President of Construction for CDC Builders, a custom homes builder in Miami, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Florida International University.  Mauro is a results oriented, hands-on construction professional with more than 30 years experience in the areas of operations, finance, sales, marketing and staff management in paving, residential and commercial construction.

Mauro was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to south Florida in 1979.  While attending college in Miami, he met his wife Tara and they have been married for 20 years. They currently reside in Boca Raton with their two teenage boys Marcello and Gianni.

Shawn Prince, Head of Business Development

Shawn is an established leader in the outdoor services industry. With over 17 years of experience in the industry across sales and operations, he understands the problems faced by the industry, which aligns with our vision of being problem-first in building solutions.

Prior to joining Attentive, Shawn Prince worked with Continuum Services as the Vice President of Business Development. Before that, he held multiple positions with BrightView, including Regional Sales Leader, Business Development Executive, and Branch Manager.


He started his career with The Brickman Group and worked there for 10 years in business development and operations.

For nearly 10 years, Jessica Lombardo has been creating informative content for the asphalt paving and pavement maintenance industries.

Lombardo held her role as editor-in-chief of Asphalt Contractor & Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction magazines for six years, helping the brands gain notoriety and a strong digital presence. 

In 2022, Lombardo was named Content Director for AC Business Media’s Marketing Services team where she works with clients to grow their reach through social media, content, video and more.

“As our industries continue to face increasingly challenging labor struggles, supply chain issues, technology adoption and changing regulations, it’s more important than ever to be on the cutting edge of these trends and I’m honored to help bring relevant information to our industry,” Lombardo says.
