“Developing relationships that extend beyond helping someone improve their paving gives me the ability to impact them in other ways,” Leone says. “Also, I like the fact that you can tangibly see how we are helping the people we work with by the improvement of their property when we wrap up our projects. We approach our work with excellence and integrity on every job and try to bring a different level of professionalism to our industry.”
