Brian has served as the President/CEO of LeeBoy since 2021.  Bieller has 20 plus years’ experience in the industry after previously serving as president of Dynapac North America.

 

He also served as vice president of sales for Dynapac and vice president of the Road Construction Equipment Division of Atlas Copco USA.

 

In addition, Bieller currently serves on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ Construction Equipment Sector Board of Directors. 

Ray Gallant, Vice President Sales Support, Region Americas

Gallant is responsible for Volvo’s vision in the region on future product development and technologies, customer center operations, and sales and operator training programs.

 

He’s also in charge of Volvo’s demonstration program and any other required sales support activities in the Americas. Prior to his current position, Gallant was a director of product planning. He has over 25 years of experience in product development, product planning and sales and marketing with a variety of equipment products.

 

He believes we are on the cusp of exciting emerging technologies that will transform the construction industry and open up tremendous opportunities in efficiency, productivity, safety and operator comfort.

Kevin Garcia, General Manager for Civil Specialty Solutions

Kevin Garcia is the General Manager for Civil Specialty Solutions with Trimble, which includes paving solutions. Kevin has been in the construction paving and aggregate industry for 20+ years. He began with the contractor Lafarge, responsible for the optimization and technology adoption in asphalt production and paving.

 

Kevin is currently responsible for Trimble's Milling, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving and Asphalt Compactor machine control solutions.

 

These solutions have been used in key civil engineering projects throughout the world. Kevin has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming and lives in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife Kristen, son Nixon and daughter Finley. 

Tom Travers, Technical Sales Director, Road Building & Forestry

Tom Travers has been with Astec for nearly twenty years and has served the industry for many more. Travers began his Astec career at the former subsidiary, Carlson Paving.

 

Over his two-decade tenure, he has held positions in product development, product support, sales and marketing. Currently, Tom serves as the Technical Sales Director covering the road building and forestry product lines.

 

He and his team work with Astec dealers and customers to ensure that they are getting the most out of their equipment.

Sara Feuling, Senior Director of Construction, joined the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) in 2018. Sara is the go-to industry resource for AEM within the construction equipment sector.

 

Prior to joining AEM, Sara spent nearly 10 years with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in heavy highway construction and project management. Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in civil (structural) engineering and a master’s degree in (civil) engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin.
